Returns and refunds

 

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To start a return, contact us using the contact information listed on this site, with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions before you send anything back.

 

Items must be unused and in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund the item price.

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we approve the request. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described. Return shipping for other returns is paid by the customer.

 

Orders ship in 1-3 business days and are delivered in about 1-2 weeks. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will either locate it or refund you.
