Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Our suppliers pack and hand each parcel to a carrier, so dispatch times can run longer around holidays and busy periods.

Delivery time. After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 3 to 14 days from the day you order, depending on the product. Products that ship from a US warehouse arrive fastest. Others ship from our suppliers' more distant warehouses and take longer. The estimated delivery window for each product is printed on its product page before you buy. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can add days.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has one. Carriers differ by product and are named in that email. Some carriers show no scans for the first few days after dispatch. You can follow your parcel at https://nuvasupply.com/help/track-order/

Orders that do not arrive. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will either locate it or refund you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item price. See our refund policy for the full details.

Changing or cancelling an order. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can only change or cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched.
